I have started to practise Aikido- a Japanese martial art. It is very important to have good posture and a straight back so I'm slowly learning to remember to keep a straight back. Someone in the class said 'imagine Sensei has his knee in the middle of your back, forcing you to sit straight'. that seems to work for me! So how about you? Do you have good or bad posture?
